Our site is set along a residents’only lane with an off road parking area for 9 cars to the side of the gardens.
Each cottage has its own private terrace with patio furniture, parasol, an individual charcoal bbq and 
outside lighting but in addition our site offers space for relaxation and play with two and a half acres of beautiful gardens looking out across fields and woodland views.
In setting up the site we have tried to provide for a variety of needs.
For our more active and younger guests there is a playing field set aside from the houses with swings, football and basketball nets and a large trampoline with safety net.
There is also a covered area with a table tennis table and darts board, a badminton net and a second swing set for younger children.
Finally there is a large boules court.
Or if you just want to relax in the shade of one of our twelve walnut trees then each house has a range of paperbacks that you are willing to borrow during your stay.
And of course when it all gets too hot then there is always the pool.
Our pool area is set aside from the houses and is both alarmed and fenced. With truffle woods to one side and open views over the countryside to the other side , it provides a private area for sunbathing and playing.The area offers both sun terraces and shaded pergolas.
We offer an 11m x 7m unheated pool, a 3m paddling pool and new for 2015(sorry no pictures yet as it is currently being constructed) a 9m x 5m heated pool
The pool area is open from 9am to 9pm each day
